Thanks for your purchase. If you are not completely happy with the purchases, you may follow the terms and conditions as stipulated here below for a return.

1, All returns require to inform us in writing within 3 days after receipt;

5, The returned merchandise should be in its original package, unopened, unused, and together with the invoices. We do not responsible for damage or loss during the delivery of your return;

7, Free replacement or exchange will only consider subject to our discretion;

8, A 20% retention as re-stocking fee plus the administrative cost is charged for all returns;

a refund to be reflected in your account statement;
